While Training

Hope all of you had a great weekend :) Many people were wondering how hilly this course is - the course runs through the woods/a number of farms and there are definitely a few big hills (but nothing you can't do!). While training, I advise to frequently incorporate hill workouts to give you an idea on how you should tackle those big hills come race day :)

By the way, the view while running the course is absolutely beautiful! Especially when you'll reach the farms :) You will definitely enjoy it!
